Bellaviaholidays operates as a B2B corporate travel management agency in Argentina. Through our SaaS platform, Human Resources managers can book blocks of hotel rooms, coordinate charter flights, and manage travel allowance budgets for executive transfers and business conventions. The service is exclusively aimed at legal entities and authorized company representatives.
The user agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering and during system use. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and all activities carried out under their account. Any unauthorized use must be immediately reported to our support team.
Bellaviaholidays acts as an intermediary in contracting third-party services (hotels, airlines, carriers). We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or breaches attributable to such providers, provided we have acted with due diligence in selection and coordination. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the service contracted directly through our platform.
All content on the website, including texts, logos, design, and management software, is the property of Bellaviaholidays or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written authorization is prohibited.
Services are invoiced according to the rates agreed upon in each contract or quote. Payments must be made within the stipulated deadlines. In case of default, Bellaviaholidays reserves the right to suspend access to the platform until the debt is regularized. No refunds are made for services already executed or confirmed with providers.
These terms take effect upon user acceptance and remain in force as long as an active account is maintained. Either party may terminate the contractual relationship by written notice with 30 days' notice. Bellaviaholidays may terminate the service immediately in the event of a serious breach of these conditions.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website or by email to registered users. Continued use of the service after modification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
